Momentos de contemplación...❤️‍🩹 [ESP-ENG]

Esta semana tuve momentos de contemplación bastante bonitos. Estas pequeñas pausas de verdad que a mi me ayudan en todo aspecto, calman mi mente y me conectan con el agradecimiento. Me han llegado a invadir sentimientos de baja vibración estos días y por ello, decidí salir a estar un rato con la naturaleza dos veces esta semana, y darme breves descansos asomándome por la ventana para admirar el cielo, cosa que amo, y por alguna razón había dejado de hacer con frecuencia...

Estoy haciendo conciencia de que estos momentos que me guntan y me dan paz no los debo descuidar, así que estoy haciendo pequeños ajustes a mi rutina, para evitar que esos sentimientos no molesten porque al final, lo que hacen es retrasarme los resultados, porque todo a lo que me dedico,requiere que mi energía esté bien y me sienta la gran mayor parte del día alegre y feliz... te comparto estas fotos que logré capturar, cuéntame en los comentarios cual te gustó más. This week I had some really lovely moments of contemplation. These little breaks truly help me in every way—they calm my mind and connect me with a sense of gratitude. I’ve been feeling some low-vibration emotions lately, so I decided to go out and spend some time in nature twice this week, and take brief breaks to look out the window and admire the sky—something I love, but for some reason had stopped doing as often...

I’m becoming more aware that I shouldn’t neglect these moments that nourish me and bring me peace, so I’m making small adjustments to my routine to keep those feelings from getting in the way—because, in the end, all they do is hold me back from achieving results. Everything I dedicate myself to requires that my energy be in the right place and that I feel joyful and happy for most of the day...
