I am back with a new dish recipe. Its one of my recipes. It is a simple method only a few ingredients is needed. Fried potato and egg salad.
INGREDIENTS
Minced two garlic cloves.
Small cube sized cut potato.
Two eggs.
PREPARATION
In a hot pan pour some oil.
Add potato cubes.
Fry them well upto a golden brown or became crispy.
Add minced garlic and saute.
Add the beaten egg.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix them well until the egg became fried.
Our potato salad is ready. Garnish and serve.
It became melt when we eat, its so soft. If we add more garlic it will be a different taste. If we more salt added it became salty, if you love spicy add more pepper.
