Hola, buenas tardes mi gente bella de foodies, amantes de la comida y el sabor. Saludos cordiales para todos deseándole que pasen un fin de semana genial y puedan disfrutar de este Rico almuerzo que prepare en casa para compartir en familia.

Hello, good afternoon my beautiful people of foodies, lovers of food and flavor. Warm greetings to all wishing you all a great weekend and enjoy this delicious lunch that I prepared at home to share with the family.

Ingredientes:

• 500grm de bistec.
• 2 cebolla.
• Color.
• Adobo.
• Unas ramitas de perejil.
• 1taza de agua.
• Sal.
• Ajo.

Ingredients:

• 500grm of steak.
• 2 onions.
• Color.
• Adobo.
• A few sprigs of parsley.
• 1 cup of water.
• Salt.
• Garlic.

Preparación:
Corte los bistec en tiras finas luego los lavé y agregue en el sartén al igual que el perejil,el agua ,color, adobo, un poco de sal y luego lo tape y coloque al fuego para que esto se vaya aflojando.

Preparation:
Cut the steaks into thin strips then wash them and add them to the pan along with the parsley, water, color, marinade, a little salt and then cover it and place it on the fire so that it loosens.

Una vez que están flojas las tiras de bistec,corte la cebolla el rodaja, agregue,tape para que esté obtenga su cocción.

Once the steak strips are loose, cut the onion into slices, add, cover and cook.
