Hola buenos tardes amigos de esta prestigiosa plataforma,hoy le voy a mostrar un rico almuerzo,pollo empanizado con arepitas fritas, ensalada y unas Coca-Cola bien fría.

Procedimientos:
Primeramente coloqué en el fuego la zanahoria y papá,una vez que se aflojaron la piqué en cuadros pequeños, posteriormente raye el repollo y lo coloqué en agua caliente para luego unir la ensalada y ser mezclada con un punto de azúcar,sal y mayonesa.

Procedures:

Seguidamente realice las arepitas,luego procedí a freír.

En tercer lugar sazone el pollo con Adobo,sal y mostaza,luego ligue un poco de harina de trigo con harina pan y pase el pollo en la harina para luego freír quedando este resultado.
La salsa de tomate y mayonesa es para realizar la salsa rosada al gusto.
