Another one of those days went I walked around all morning not realising the app wasn't running.
Luckily I noticed before I went out for my coffee and a walk.
I'm expecting to do a good few more steps this evening as the grandchildren will be arriving shortly but I'm quite likely to forget to lost of I don't do it know.
