Large thistle spotted on the way to pick up my coffee.
I worked at home this morning and then went to the beach to cool down a bit. It was lovely they're add the was a breeze coming off the sea.
Once I started walking home it got hotter and hotter and it's roasting again in the house.
It was hard to sleep least night and I think I'm going to struggle again today.
