I decided last night to make Bannock in the toaster oven. Now some of you may have never heard of bannock it's a Scottish thing and used to be used by fur traders. Now enough about the history Bannock.

First we grab our ingredients 1/4 cup of melted butter, 3 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt optional melted cheese on top. Turn your toaster oven to 350 and to the 45 minute marker it usually only needs 30 minutes but I like to preheat my toaster oven. You then throw all your ingredients into a bowl and mix it using clean hands until it's thoroughly mixed. I then floured my counter and by flouring my counter I vigorously whipped flour at my counter until it was thoroughly covered and so I was I. Now if you had a normal oven you would have a big enough pan to make it all at once I don't so I separated it into chunks and then proceeded to flatten it like I was punching my ex in the face. I then took a herb mixture it was a greek one by Plochman's a local brand I have around here. I vigorously shook it on top of my bannock and then I threw put my bannock into my oven. I can't read my oven so I set a timer on my phone and checked on it.
