This time, I made a necklace with crocheted flowers. I want to tell you that at the beginning I had doubts whether it would be a necklace or a headband, in the end I decided to make a necklace because several months ago I made a headband with flowers for my daughter and although the flowers are the same color, neither the material nor the design are the same, but it didn't make much sense for me to make another flower headband, so for many reasons, the necklace won. Now on to the details, enjoy.

En esta ocasión, elaboré un collar con flores hechas a crochet. Les quiero comentar que en el principio tenía las dudas de si sería un collar o una diadema, al final me decidí por hacer un collar ya que hace varios meses le hice una diadema con flores a mi hija y aunque las flores son del mismo color, ni el material ni el diseño son iguales, pero no tenía mucho sentido para mi hacer una diadema más de flore, así que por muchas razones, ganó el collar. Let's go first with the elaboration of the flowers. In a strand of wool we insert five pearls, we can pass the flame of the lighter lightly to harden a little the tip and thus the work is facilitated to us at the time of introducing the pearls. Once the pearls are inserted, we make a simple knot well adjusted so that a circle is formed, we leave the excess down and we knit 4 chain stitches that we pretend just in the union that is made with the consequent pearl; in this way we knit 4 stitches on each pearl until completing the 5 pearls and we close with a slipped stitch.

Vamos primero con la elaboración de las flores. En una hebra de lana insertamos cinco perlas, podemos pasarle la llama del encendedor ligeramente para endurecer un poco la punta y así se nos facilita el trabajo a la hora de introducir las perlas. Una vez insertadas las perlas, realizamos un nudo simple bien ajustado de manera que se forme un círculo, dejamos el sobrante hacia abajo y tejemos 4 puntos cadenas que se finjan justo en la unión que se hace con la perla consiguiente; de forma vamos tejiendo 4 puntos sobre cada perla hasta completar las 5 perlas y cerramos con un punto deslizado.

Remember that the first row is closed with a slip stitch and this counts as the first stitch of the first petal, in this sense, each petal will be formed by 2 chains, 2 medium high stitches and 1 slip stitch, so we complete the five petals on each pearl.

En el siguiente paso tejemos 2 cadenas, seguida de 2 puntos medio alto y un punto deslizado. Recordemos que la primera vuelta la cerramos con un punto deslizado y este cuenta como el primer punto del primer pétalo, en este sentido, cada pétalo estará formado por 2 cadenas, 2 puntos medio alto y 1 punto deslizado, así completamos los cinco pétalos sobre cada perla.

For the choker we only make a knitted strip consisting of 3 single crochet stitches. We only knit until we reach the desired length. We assemble the necklace sewing with red thread, the five flowers that conform it, we fasten the staples at the ends and we place the rings to fix the chains as well as for the brooch.

Para la gargantilla solo hacemos una tira tejida que consta de 3 puntos bajos. Solo tejemos hasta completar el largo deseado. Ensamblamos el collar cosiendo con hilo rojo, las cinco flores que lo conformas, se sujetan las grapas en los extremos y se colocan las argollas tanto para fijar las cadenas como para el broche.
