Wow, there is a lot to do until we do, the takeaway is continuing trading until all paperwork is signed, we have to go to a solicitors and do it properly. We then have to make a choice whether to keep

It's been 8 months since the plan started to take effect, we have been looking and looking for a place, then we found one and it fell through as we didn't meet the funds for it. This time we have paid

I liked the page count, it was a good feature and I was sad to see it go. If they do implement it again at some point that would be great. :D

Ace buddy, I hope you do make it, it would be great if you could. @pennsif has given me a list of steemains up in this area too, so I will be contacting all I can to get them to come too. :D

Thank you @pennsif. the list helps a lot. at least we know there is still a few people left in this area. :D

My mums neighbour who happens to be an old man came out and lent on the wall and stated that watching me work was therapeutic. I felt uncomfortable i can tell you that for nothing haha

Have you been making pencil cases long? and how hard are they to make? I would like to make one for my oldest kid but I have no idea where to start :D

Nice work @silviabeneforti I like the designs and I am sure your customer will be happy with the finished product :D

We are the first to see and offer, and they want a quick sale too, so I don't see there been a problem with the second offer. My mate was the one who said be cheeky and offer as little as possible for

The first offer we put in was £3000 under asking price, this second offer is £1500 under. If have to take into account the shop itself as there is work that is needed to be done that I have picked up on.

I have news, but we are waiting again. The offer we put forward has been rejected and he is wanting full asking price. This leads to a few problems, If we pay the full asking price, we have no money to

My youth was hard, so hard that I have blocked some of the really bad stuff out, my mum was telling the doctor things and I didn't even remember them until she brought it up. I am into art, I draw all
