I have news, but we are waiting again. The offer we put forward has been rejected and he is wanting full asking price.
This leads to a few problems, If we pay the full asking price, we have no money to sit with if we run into any problems. eg, paying the rent, paying the gas/electric ect..
We have put in another counter offer, and the guy is saying he is thinking about it.

I don't know what to about this at the moment, my investor has said that he can't stretch anymore than he is doing.

Just keeping fingers crossed that he takes the second offer and it goes a head, then in 30 days the shop will be ours.

Just a question of waiting and that is something I do not like to do. :D
