Wow, there is a lot to do until we do, the takeaway is continuing trading until all paperwork is signed, we have to go to a solicitors and do it properly.
We then have to make a choice whether to keep the staff already there, or replace them with are own.
I have also got to wait for my friend to make his way back to england with the rest of the money, that is another thing I have to wait for, he has no rush about him but he normally on it when it comes to money.
I have to open a business bank account to put all the takings in. menu design, food hygiene to retake as mine ran out a month ago, its not hard to do but it is on a list of things to get done.
The takeaway at the moment has a crazy amount of items on it and I want to reduce it down to half, add more homemade items that wholesalers don't have to make it more our own.
There is also the refurbishment of the place. I am not messing when i say this, it is the dirtiest food establishment I have ever seen with only a 1 star rating.
While I was looking around, the hood had not been cleaned in 7 years and was greasy. (fire risk) I can clean this myself as I worked for a company that did that kind of thing, but it will take me two days to complete the job.
All the equipment needs servicing, half the fridges don't work. But I know a guy who can sort these out cheap.
Like I said mate there is a lot to do. we talked early tonight and we want to be trading for our selves in the next 6 weeks. and have things running smoothly by christmas, as that will be what makes us or breaks us.
So much to do, why did I not make more of my time when I had the chance.
