Hello friends,
It’s a weekend and I’m resting from everything except of a few things.
I borrowed some scratch off paper from my kids to doodle on it.
I decided to draw a cup off coffee and show that it’s early morning by drawing stars and a crescent.
It works for me like meditation. When I want to rest my mind from all the activities around me.
I love how I don’t know what exactly color is going to pop out as I scratch off the black layer and the rainbow colors will never ruin the drawing.
How do you help yourself to recharge and get refreshed?
