Hello friends,

How did you guys like a day without Facebook, Instagram, and Watsapp?

Yeah, I wasn’t able to call my mom, I thought my phone had a glitch, but then I googled it:-) At least I know my phone is working.

Well, for me it was a busy day.

We practiced piano with kids a lot, I cleaned our apartment and did the laundry. Thank God they fixed our washer today! I’m so happy.

I was so busy that I didn’t plan any homemade meal for my family.

In the evening I found hotdogs in the fridge and we also had some hotdog buns. Well, you guessed it🌭🌭🌭

I had 6 hotdog, but I took some of them out of pan, when I realized I need to take a photo.
The brand we buy cooks in 5 minutes.

While I was boiling them, my husband took kids outside to run a few laps around our park. Kids like timing it.

Here are the buns I used for our hotdogs, I think they were Brioche buns.

While I was boiling hotdogs, I also was cooking Quinoa for my husband (takes 15 minutes to cook), he likes eating lighter meals in the evening.

I made a salad from Spring Mix leaves, avocado, and Campari tomatoes. My husband and I also had sauerkraut on a side.
