True enough. People are always panicking about something. I have two coworkers who seem to represent both extremes. One one is an older guy who thinks the masks are an attack on his freedom by the "Deep State" or something and refuses to wear it except for in front of customers and only then because they get sometimes confrontational if he doesn't. The other is an older lady who looks like she's wearing some poorly cobbled together homemade spacesuit. She has two masks (one protects the other, she says) sun glasses, a face shield, a hat, pink dish gloves, and long sleeves (even when it was 110 out in July). I feel like there has to be some middle ground between them.
