It is an illusion that time will solve our problem. Waiting sometimes is the best way out, but sometimes it's the worst.
Epiphany could not be gained by passive waiting, so does wisdom.
With more time passing me, I am more mindful that life is full of predicaments and frustrations and tribulations. Whatever we do , we cannot stop the flowing of time and the loss of our most beloved. It's merely a matter of time. So why wait? Why not do something when you are still not deprived of the chance and capacity? When you can not do anything for others, you still can do something for yourself. You could render yourself wiser and stronger. By strong, I mean both spiritually and materially. By material, I mean we shall try the utmost to raise ourselves to a higher level so that when the next blow falls we may have more strength to bear and brave the malice of fate.
Being emotional is no wrong, yet being sentimental is.
Do not allow those mishaps sentimentalize you but let them test you and toughen you.
No life is carefree, nor any life is exempt from ups and downs, birth and death.
I do not know what other people's philosophy, but mine is: I shall confront life bravely and won't allow it to render me black and blue. What's the use of wallowing in the blue? It's nothing more than a sign of surrender.
"If we don't digest the hard and the tough, they will choke us to death."
My choice is not to wait for time to crush my hardships, but to crush them by myself.
I have no trust in time. It has played too many tricks and it surely will play more.
I now only trust myself.
They say the impassive world could be built into either a heaven or hell and we are the major architect.
My point differs from their naively rosy notion. My conviction is: the world is no perfect and will never be so; the world is simply a perfect mixture of heaven and hell. I will be a matter-of-fact dweller in such a matter-of-fact mixed world.
I have been deprived of all those seductively sultry illusion;yet I have not been robbed of my die-hard belief .
The belief is: salvation comes from within.
