Buzz Button Magic Cocktail Powder!

The Buzz Button buds, as known as Electric Daisies, we’re ready to be harvested so that’s just what I did! After plucking all the little dried seed heads I decided making cocktail powder was a must! 1 part buzz buttons to 2 parts white sugar went into the blender until it looks like powdered sugar! To this you may add edible glitter and I always add vanilla powder and mix thoroughly.

This time I did not add edible glitter to the whole batch as I like to customize the colors according to my decor or occasion. So I left it white.

This powder is traditionally served on the rim of your drink but I like to serve it on a white or gold mini spoon alongside champagne.

We like to take a quarter of a teaspoon of the powder, let it rest in our mouth’s for a little bit and then sip on our champagne. It totally opens up your taste buds and gives you an almost fizzy feeling! Everything taste so much crisper and colder!
Electric Daisies are definitely something I’m glad to grow in my garden!
