It's Wednesday!

Even during these times when I am just staying at home full time with my family, I am still at awe at how time can swiftly pass by. Just like that, and tomorrow is our weekend already. Seriously, I do not know where my time has gone.

Finally today, I got a chance to take a photo of something/somewhere far from our home.

These days, I drive my husband and his colleague to their work sites and then fetch them in the afternoon. I got this shot of the Cleaveland Clinic off Al Mariah Island.

My friend battling Covid-19, is admitted in this hospital. I uttered a short prayer for her as I looked at this building in front of me. She said she's feeling better each day, though still struggling when bad cough attacks her.

Not a Very Long Walk

I always walk through this path each time I go to get my car (that one parked at the left-most). Though we have parking spaces in front of our villa, I prefer to park here to avoid the many people who are always around our vicinity.

At the right side is a compound for a mosque. I am not really sure if there is anyone living here. Perhaps the Imam (church leader)?

Beyond this white fence is the Healthcare center that is now being utilized as a Covid-19 screening center. It is literally just a stone's throw away from our house!

The Interesting Find

Anyway, as we were walking along this path, we found something interesting by this window.

The lighting is bad, but if you zoom in and look closely at the upper portion of the window, you will find something cool!

It's a bee hive!

The hive is beginning to fill with honey. Hmmm, I must find who owns this and ask him for a chunk when they harvest. Lol. Besides, I am quite sure that these bees come to our garden for some nectar.

Looking closely at the window grills, we found some traces of old hive on it.

It's amazing to see these honey bees thrive in this environment. It kind of sends a message that no matter what situation or environment we are put in, we can naturally find ways to survive. We just have to keep moving and working towards our goals.

And just like these bees, let's HIVE ON!
