Stillness - watercolours on paper

Hello all dear hivers and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a lake landscape where I have tried to highlight the stillness of the water and the peace that hovers around it.

I coloured the mountain in the background of the landscape in light purple to make it veiled.

I painted the ruins on the left with different points of brightness and their reflections on the lake.

Then I painted the foliage and the surrounding vegetation.

Finally, I painted the boat standing still on the water with reflections.

Immobilità - acquarelli su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido un paesaggio lacustre dove ho cercato di evidenziare l'immobilità delle acque e la pace che aleggia intorno. Ho colorato di viola chiaro la montagna sullo sfondo del paesaggio in modo da renderla velata. Ho dipinto i ruderi sulla sinistra con diversi punti di luminosità e relativi riflessi sul lago. Poi ho dipinto il fogliame e la vegetazione circostante. Infine ho dipinto la barca ferma sull'acqua con i riflessi. Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia, vi mando i miei migliori saluti.
