My Dawn - Watercolors on Paper - 2026
Hello to all my dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I’m sharing another seascape that’s part of my sailing experience with a group of students on the island of Capraia in Tuscany. Every morning I’d wake up at dawn and enjoy the sunrise over the sea. As always, the view is breathtaking, the sun over the sea with the island silhouetted against the light offered me endless inspiration to paint. So I decided to try capturing a moment of dawn on paper with watercolors.

La mia alba - acquarelli su carta
Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Anche oggi condivido un paesaggio marino che fa parte della mia esperienza in barca a vela con un gruppo di studenti sull'isola di Capraia in Toscana. Tutte le mattine mi svegliavo all'alba e mi godevo il sorgere del sole dal mare. Come sempre lo spettacolo è bellissimo, il sole sul mare con la parte di isola in controluce mi offriva mille spunti per dipingere. Così mi sono deciso ed ho provato ad impressionare sul foglio di carta e gli acquarelli un momento dell'alba.
