TUJUH SEMEJA // Enjoying the Peaceful Atmosphere and Stunning Lake Views at Tujuh Semeja

In this post, I would like to share my experience of visiting a café in Central Aceh called Tujuh Semeja. Among the many tourist destinations and cafés in Central Aceh, Tujuh Semeja is one of the places that continues to attract a large number of visitors. The reason is that this place is constantly being developed and improved by addressing its shortcomings while also keeping up with changing trends. As a result, every visit to this place is sure to offer a different impression and experience. I visited this place with my girlfriend, and this was my third visit.
From the main area, we can already see the beauty and uniqueness of Tujuh Semeja Café's structure, which combines a modern tropical architectural concept with the use of local materials. It is also equipped with glass windows that fully embrace the surrounding open natural scenery. This is the main section of the café, which includes the ordering area. Although it is not particularly large, its structure is very unique, making it a favorite spot for taking photos. What makes it even more interesting is that this place is surrounded by tropical greenery, a cluster of bamboo trees on the right side, and shady trees that create a cool atmosphere and blend harmoniously with the surrounding nature.
The seating area is also semi-outdoor, allowing us to fully enjoy and experience the natural atmosphere. The seating itself features a modern minimalist design made of concrete and is located along the hillside, directly facing the lake, allowing visitors to sit back and relax while enjoying the beautiful natural panorama. There are even several seating areas built very close to the lake, and these have become some of the most sought-after spots among visitors.
The first thing we did at that time was order some food and drinks, and then we chose to sit on a seat quite close to the lake. We had the chance to enjoy the peaceful natural atmosphere and beautiful scenery, with the vast lake and towering mountains rising in the background. Unfortunately, the weather was not very favorable that day, and it was not long before the rain started to fall. Fortunately, this café also provides indoor seating, allowing visitors to sit comfortably and stay protected from the heavy rain and the scorching sunlight.
This café also offers a variety of food and drinks, including traditional local dishes, at fairly affordable prices.
The atmosphere felt even more peaceful as I listened to the sound of raindrops hitting the roof of the building, which made me feel really sleepy at that moment lol.
We spent more than two hours at this café, but I still felt a little unsatisfied because I couldn't explore the entire place due to the rain. However, the atmosphere and natural scenery were truly beautiful and breathtaking. Then, thick fog began to appear after the rain, so we decided to leave the place immediately and chose to visit another tourist destination.
