Lonely Spectators - watercolor on paper

Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing my latest watercolor painting depicting a surreal landscape where light and abandoned boats take center stage.

I imagined and drew the composition of the landscape.

Then I wet the sheet of paper and on the wet surface I spread the first strokes of color.

I set the scene with a central perspective composition occupied by many abandoned boats. The very strong light plays a surreal role and in the landscape also I painted many shades with warm colors that warm the scene.

I wanted to highlight the very lively shades of the sky by contrasting them with the surreal stillness of the boats that become silent spectators.

Spettatori solitari - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido il mio ultimo dipinto ad acquarello che rappresenta un paesaggio surreale dove la luce e le barche abbandonate fanno da protagonisti. Ho immaginato e disegnato la composizione del paesaggio. Poi ho bagnato il foglio di carta e sulla superficie umida ho steso le prime pennellate di colore. Ho impostato la scena con una composizione in prospettiva centrale occupata da molte barche in stato di abbandono. La luce molto forte gioca un ruolo surreale e nel paesaggio inoltre ho dipinto molte sfumature con colori caldi che riscaldano la scena. Ho voluto mettere in evidenza le sfumature del cielo molto movimentate contrastandole con l'immobilità surreale delle barche che diventano spettatori silenziosi.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia, e vi mando un abbraccio sfumato al viola.
