Deceptive sunset - watercolor on paper

Hello all dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I present you my latest watercolor which is part of the theme on the idiocies of mankind. I have depicted a crude war scene with a large tree in the center and behind it an explosion.

I got the idea from looking at the thousands of mundane photographs of sunsets on social media and especially the comments about them. So I decided to represent my lying, ugly and treacherous sunset that only provokes reflections on the theme of war.

In the details I painted a few dark figures against the light and the rilfections of my beautiful (ahah) sunset.

Armando.
