Backlight - watercolor on paper

Hello everyone dear Hivers friends and welcome back to my blog. My post today is a watercolor in which I depicted a very minimal sunset landscape. I painted the bare tree branches against the sunlight rising behind the mountains.

To depict the mountains in the background I used Payne's gray trying to lighten it with light shades.

I took particular care of the texture and curves of the bare branches with which I tried to give the painting more movement.

I hope you like my watercolor and I send you a hug at sunset.

Controluce - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e ben tornati sul mio blog. Il mio post di oggi è un acquarello in cui ho raffigurato un paesaggio al tramonto molto minimale. Ho dipinto i rami degli alberi spogli contro la luce del sole che sorge dietro le montagne.

Per raffigurare le montagne sullo sfondo ho usato il grigio di Payne cercando di alleggerirlo con delle sfumature chiare.

Ho curato in modo particolare la trama e le curve dei rami spogli con i quali ho cercato di dare al dipinto più movimento.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia e vi mando un abbraccio al tramonto.
