Greetings Hive community, this is my first post in this group and I want to tell you about my favourite food, which is pizza.
In my country it is a typical lunch or snack and it is widely consumed by the population, you can find it in fancy restaurants, as well as in cafes in any neighbourhood.
We all know this dish, which is nothing more than a flattened bread, almost always circular, which is made with the following ingredients:
1- Wheat flour
2- Water
3- Yeast
4- Salt
5- Tomato sauce
6- Cheese
It is one of the most consumed dishes in the world along with hamburgers and Chips. Although it is an Italian dish, exactly from the state of Naples.
In the 18th century they incorporated tomato in their recipes, being the first in Europe to make it, because it was speculated that tomato was poisonous. That exquisite combination of cheese, bread and tomato gave birth to this famous food.
As I told you it is my favourite food, and in my hometown Havana, the best places to eat it are the following restaurants: La mimosa , La Juliana , Mundo pizza and Doping Pizza.
If one day you are in Havana, Cuba and you feel like eating this exquisite delicacy you know where to go.

Es uno de los platillos mas consumido en el mundo junto con las hamburguesas y las papas fritas. A pesar de ser un platillo italiano , exactamente del estado de Napoles .
Ellos en el siglo XVIII incorporaron el tomate en sus recetas , siendo los primeros en Europa en realizarlo , debido a que se especulaba que el tomate era venenoso .Esa exquisita combinaci贸n entre el queso , el pan y el tomate dio origen a este famoso alimento.
Como les dije es mi comida favorita , y en mi ciudad natal La Habana , los mejores lugares para consumirla son los siguientes restaurantes : La mimosa , La Juliana , Mundo pizza y Doping Pizza
