Hola c贸mo est谩n amigos de #liketu y #hive , les doy un cordial saludo y me alegro que est茅n muy bien , bueno chicos el d铆a martes en la tarde estuve practicando din谩micos y sacando movimientos nuevos el cual uno de ellos tiene por nombre (catapulta) es una salida bastante arriesgada pero muy buena para terminar un combo, en el 煤ltimo intento y bien que fue en el 煤ltimo me torci un poco el tobillo, el cual ya est谩 muy bien gracias a Dios , y el d铆a de ayer sal铆 a caminar un rato con mi pareja y sacamos los perritos a pasear un rato , por el paseo de la virgen ubicado en la avenida Winston Churchill en el tigre estado Anzo谩tegui, fue bastante relajante para m铆 lesi贸n y tambi茅n me ayud贸 mucho a poder despejarme un poco de lo abitual.
Este lugar , cuenta con un ambiente muy tranquilo y relajante, el cual hoy en la noche ir茅 a por unas tomas , para m铆 siguiente entrenamiento y publicaci贸n.
Espero poder compartirles m谩s de mi experiencia y lugares del tigre estado Anzo谩tegui.

Hello, how are you, friends of #liketu and #hive? I send you my warmest greetings and I'm glad you're doing well. Well, guys, on Tuesday afternoon I was practicing dynamic moves and trying out new ones, one of which is called the "catapult." It's a pretty risky move, but a great way to finish a combo. On the last try, and it was the last one, I slightly twisted my ankle, which is now very well, thank God. Yesterday, I went for a walk with my partner and we took the dogs for a walk along the Paseo de la Virgen, located on Winston Churchill Avenue in Tigre, Anzo谩tegui state. It was quite relaxing for my injury and also helped me a lot to get my mind off things.
This place has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I'll go there tonight to get some shots for my next workout and post.
I hope to share more of my experiences and places in the Tigre region of Anzo谩tegui state.
