To perform almost every activity on Serfdom and Sorcery you need energy: the more rewarding the activity is, the more energy you are going to consume.
Energy doesn't recharge over time and that can soon become a problem, if you don't plan accordingly: sure, you can rest at your home to get back every 8 hours some energy, but if you own serveral pets and building, that energy won't last long.
That's why I'm focusing on producing food which can help me retrieve some energy. Right now one of the best energy-filled food I can craft is... cheese! So I'm milking as much as I can my cows and use all the milk I can to produce some tasty cheese!
Eating 1 cheese is enough to restore 70 energy points, which are quite a lot, if compared with what other food can do: I aim to store a ton of cheese and say good bye to my lack of energy forever!
