Despu茅s de eso, pas茅 al back lever y la cosa se puso m谩s seria.
隆Adi贸s!
Dear audience, welcome to a new post! I want to tell you a little bit about my workout today, which went pretty well, to be honest. I really focused on the front lever and back lever, and I feel like I did a good job with my routine.
I started with the front lever, but without stressing myself out, using different variations to hit all the key points. The first one was on the pike, making that connection with the bar. After that, I went for the close grip front lever, using a resistance band to help with my upper body strength. I also did the supine grip front lever, which I like because it gives my back and biceps a different kind of focus. To wrap up the front lever part, I focused on the advanced tuck touch, which is brutal for technique, holding the position with just a tap.
After that, I moved on to the back lever and things got more serious. I started with the wide back lever, which is super demanding on the shoulders. I did it with a band so I could focus on the negatives and then on holding the position. And to finish off the back lever, I did the wide back lever with a band, raising it to a hefesto. That one really challenges me and makes me use more strength than I even have.
And if that wasn't enough, I topped it all off with a pulling routine, which never fails. I did rows, weighted wide pull-ups to give my back a solid stimulus, and supine Australian pull-ups to close out the pulling work. It was a complete session, and the feeling of progress is what motivates me the most.
Well, my people, that's it. I hope you really liked it, as always, and I'll definitely send a shout-out to the people from #SWC and the #Hive community. Peace out!
