Today I want to make another craft using origami paper, what I will make today is a Triceratops Dinosaur using two sheets of origami paper.
The reason I decided to make a Triceratops Dinosaur is because I think this is one of the most exotic, brave and mighty Dinosaurs. And the reason I use yellow and pink origami paper to make this Dinosaur is because I think these two colors are very cute and very much liked by children.
Here is a tutorial on making a Triceratops Dinosaur from origami paper.
First I want to make the head of the Dinosaur first using pink origami paper, the first thing to do is fold the origami paper into a triangle shape, then open the origami paper again and now fold the origami paper once into a triangle from the opposite direction.
Then reopen the origami paper and now fold the origami paper into two parts, then reopen the origami paper and fold the origami paper once again into two parts from the opposite direction.
Then reopen the origami paper, and now fold the origami paper from the bottom half to the top, then continue folding the origami paper from the left side to the middle, after that fold the origami paper once again from the right side to the middle.
Then fold the left and right sides of the top of the origami paper to the middle, after that reopen the fold and now open the side fold towards the back of the left and right sides of the origami paper as shown in the picture below.
Then fold the left and right sides of the bottom of the origami paper outwards, after that remove the bottom fold so that the shape of the origami paper becomes like the picture below.
Then fold the left and right sides of the origami paper down again, then fold the top of the origami paper down a little, then reopen the fold and now fold the top of the origami paper a little on the left and right sides and then reopen the fold.
After that, fold the top left side of the origami paper upwards, then fold the bottom part up a little, then reopen the fold and bend the left and right sides on the previous folds so that the middle of the paper sticks out, do the same on the right side of the paper so that the folds are aligned.
After that, fold out the left and right sides of the bottom of the origami paper, then fold it once more outwards on both sides of the bottom of the paper as shown in the picture below.
Then turn the origami paper over and now fold the origami paper in half, then also bend the pointed part of the origami paper from bottom to top.
After the head is finished, now we immediately continue to make the body of the Triceratops Dinosaur, first fold the yellow origami paper into a triangle shape, then reopen the fold and then fold the origami paper once into a triangle shape from the opposite direction.
Then reopen the fold and now fold the origami paper in half, then reopen the fold and fold the origami paper once again into two parts from the opposite direction.
Then reopen the origami paper and now fold the right and left sides of the origami paper towards the middle as shown below, also fold the top of the origami paper down.
Then reopen the origami paper and now fold the top of the origami paper towards the back, then fold the origami paper into two parts.
Then fold the right and left sides of the origami paper down, then fold the middle of the origami paper inward as shown below.
Then fold the origami paper again into two parts, and when the origami paper is opened again, fold the middle of the right and left sides of the origami paper down.
Then bend the middle of the origami paper from front to back on the right and left sides, then fold the two sides of the middle down to make the Triceratops Dinosaur's leg pattern.
After that, just combine the head and body of the Dinosaur through the front end of the body and the inside of the Triceratops Dinosaur's head.
And now my handicraft from origami paper to make the Triceratops Dinosaur is perfectly finished.
