I didn't have office duty today, so I slept in my bed after lunch.I'm not used to sleeping in bed every afternoon, so my body suddenly felt a little different today.I slept for about two hours after lunch and I woke up feeling a little groggy.Like falling asleep suddenly and waking up, I noticed that I was feeling a bit drunk. What is the reason for this? Of course there is a reason.

I realized that the only reason I felt this drunk was because I had the habit of not sleeping in the afternoon every day.Because I don't have the habit of sleeping in the afternoon every day in my working life, So suddenly because of sleep my body and brain feel drunk.I wake up with no energy and a strange feeling.

I think it's a mental illness and mental weakness.Sleeping during the day for some time, like in the afternoon, can be bad for the body.So when you feel bad like this, where can you go to find peace of mind and refresh your brain? Suddenly I have this strange feeling that the house won't give me peace, so I need nature at this time.Yes I will look at nature right now.

So this afternoon I tried to leave the house and go to a garden in the city because there is so much nature and flowers there. The only thing needed to get rid of this mental illness and drunken feeling is proximity to nature. To get rid of the feeling of intoxication and refresh the brain, one must get close to nature. This is where it is necessary to cheer up the mind.

Yes this afternoon I calmed and refreshed myself by going to nature where there were many green scenes and colorful flowers. In fact, the variety of flowers and nature that grow on the planet is a blessing for us.Today it is because of this nature that we are able to improve our mental health.
