Carlos the Jackal is a series of three films based on real events and the biography of the well-known terrorist "Carlos". The film attempts through the conventions of an action film to comment on the games of international political chess at the end of the last century.

We are now in the first years of the 1990s and after the fall of the Soviet Union, which has rekindled the hopes of many exiled Cubans in Florida to overthrow the communist regime in their country. Their efforts range from rescuing fugitives and throwing propaganda leaflets in Havana to terrorist attacks on tourist resorts, thanks to the help of Cuban pilots who have surrendered to the United States. Personally I enjoyed the mini-marathon of the third films and seemed to me quite an interesting film to watch.
