This was a quick rant I made for Facebook and I'm not sure some of the things I talk about like shadow banning apply here because of the block chain tech, but figured I should share it here as well.
It's one of the most difficult feelings to feel like you have an important message (or messages) to get out to more people and then you can't reach very many.
Like... We have all this technology and can communicate in ways never before, and still the majority of people seem almost entranced by work and popular culture while the world essentially burns.
And I mean, I'm pretty sure the world will be fine in the long run and just shake us off like fleas, but... Hopefully you got the point. Things are pretty messed up out there in a lot of ways, for humans and animals and the environment.
Whether or not some of us are getting shadowbanned, there seems to be a certain filter the general public has which functions in basically the same way...
Some people are just so uncomfortable about some of the difficult subjects in the world that they choose to not interact with or learn about such... If you talk about stuff that is popular and accepted to talk about in society you'll probably do much better.
Talk about "conspiracy theories" and anarchism and addressing the secret governments and occult societies that run governments from behind the scenes?
And... You often get crickets or intolerance/ridicule/ostrizication or even have action taken against you by social media sites like YouTube/Facebook, etc.
There are a small amount of big and popular names who manage to do it pretty well, but... They are still a minority and these issues are so important they in my opinion should not be relegated to a minority.
I hope some day we can have a world where we can talk about these sensitive kinds of things more openly and with more respect and that we don't extinct ourselves because of our extreme collective disconnect.
