This is a post to go with #WednesdayWalk challenge by @tattoodjay.
Well, they say that a criminal always returns to the crime scene.
Two weeks ago, on a walk with my daughter, I set myself the task of photographing the Jerusalem artichoke thickets at the quarry. This morning I had a question - where to go for a walk? It's been raining a little every night since last Saturday, and there's a thick, milk-like fog in the morning. In the evening, I planned to walk along the railway, but in the morning, looking out the window, I first thought about walking to the river through the fog and a wet meadow, but a minute later I decided that was a bad idea. So I went up the road, not down.
A new thought popped into my head -maybe I should go straight down the road towards the neighboring village? But no, it's boring; I'll go right through the woods to the upper road.
That's where I'm going to go.
I chose the right road! That's exactly the kind of web I wanted to see in the fog. It's been a long time since I've walked in the fog and seen such thick cobwebs.
Like small pearls, beads strung on strings and hung on a plant, but where is the creator of this web? By the way, I didn't see any spiders during my walk. Where are they hiding?
Once again, I have a choice in front of me - to head straight to a popular quarry where people like to swim, or turn right and get on the railway? I turned right.
Two years ago, the wooden sleepers were replaced with concrete ones, and large rubble was poured. Previously, there was sand on the roadsides, and it was convenient to walk and even ride a bike. Now it's impossible to do that. I'm not going there.
That's exactly what I expected to see in this place today. Fog...
That's why I came here this morning.
I woke up at 5:30, or rather, this wake-up time was set on the alarm clock, but I woke up 15 minutes earlier.
Today, at 8:30, I had a scheduled visit to the general practitioner at the polyclinic. Who thinks it's easy to force yourself to leave the house at 6 a.m. for a walk if it's foggy and it feels like it's raining? I wanted to come up with a reason for canceling the walk, but I forced myself to walk out the door and never once regretted it while I was walking for 2 hours. Otherwise, I wouldn't have taken this picture, and I wouldn't have seen the amazing cobwebs.
I saw what I wanted to see, but there will probably be even more colors in a couple of days.
Flying saucer in the Vyatka forests! Which master created this work? I would even say a miracle.
On the way back, I took a photo of Jerusalem artichoke bushes on the side of the road. I think that such flowers will be so dense in the quarry, too.
Friends, goodbye! Until the next walk.
Well. Have all my friends, observers, and readers, wonderful walks on Wednesdays. And also on Sundays and any other day!
