In Aceh this food is called "kuah tuhe" out of nowhere the origin of the name of this food I do not know.
This food is the same as the food we eat, especially the people of Indonesia but the difference of its side dish and soup.
The gravy is made of coconut milk, and mixed with little fruits to taste good to eat.
