I honestly don't know whether we are seeing a recovery to a new equilibrium (or a further unsplattening) or are we just seeing another group pumping up the price to do another dump.
Our friend who has been acting like a price cap with the 40 odd BTC has moved much higher. That would indicate whoever that is is now willing to accept a much higher price. That would tell me their plan to harvest as much BTC as they wanted has been fulfilled and they now want the price to rise so they can sell again.
However...
Two smaller caps were put in place. They are not as insurmountable, but...by noon EST, it might have held long enough for the bears to come munching again.
Strike that. It looks like they chewed their way through that 27 BTC.
