For the 7th and final day of the #sevendaybeerchallenge, I figured that I would go somewhere that I haven’t been in a while, Omaha’s very own Infusion Brewery!

They rotate beer quite often and there were about 15 new beers on tap that I haven’t tried so while I could try all of them, I decided to try a decent amount ;)

The first was: The Bensonator Doppelbock!

The next was the vanilla bean s’mores ale. This one was interesting because it wasn’t nearly as dark as other s’mores ales that I have tried in the past, however, this one was deceptively good!

After downing a couple, I decided to try a flight of 4 and in order from left to right they were:

The legroom wit: very citrusy!
The spring bock: delicious!
The willie maize haze IPA(my favorite out of the bunch) this was a collaboration with Omaha’s brickway brewery that I hold in such high regard.
And the blood orange imperial IPA.

I know that I’m only technically supposed to try one beer but since I was here, I figured I would try a few!
Infusion is a fantastic brewery located in the benson neighborhood of Omaha, Nebraska. If you are ever in town, make sure you stop by!

Cheers to all of you as I wrap up this #sevendaybeerchallenge up!

I will post a reflection tomorrow. Stay tuned!
