In the spirit of the Saint Patrick’s Day season, I decided to try a nice Irish red ale from boulevard. (I got the beer on tap at a local restaurant):
Boulevard is a brewery located in Kansas City, Missouri and is well known for their unfiltered wheat beer. They also have seasonal brews and many different IPA’s and stouts. Check out what else they have to offer by going to their website:

As you can see, the Irish ale has a beautiful red color to it. The taste is very crisp and refreshing much like their traditional wheat. As far as Irish reds go, this one is near the top of the local ones that I have tried!
