အားလုံးသော မိတ်ဆွေအပေါင်း မင်္ဂလာပါ။ ကောင်းသောနေ့လေးဖြစ်ကြပါစေ။

In the middle of Myanmar where I live, the temperature rises during the summer. Various methods are used to reduce heat damage. Most people go to places where there are plenty of shady trees and streams that are convenient for bathing. Relaxing as well as temporarily relieves the heat.

ကျွန်တော်နေထိုင်ရာ မြန်မာပြည်အလယ်ပိုင်းမှာက နွေရာသီကာလမှာ အပူချိန်မြင့်မားလာပါတာ်။ အပူဒဏ်ကိုလျော့ချဖို့အတွက် နည်းအမျိုးမျိုးအသုံးပြုကြပါတယ်။ လူအများစုကတော့ အရိပ်ရတဲ့သစ်ပင်တွေပေါများတဲ့နေရာ ရေစိမ် ရေချိုးဖို့အဆင်ပြေတဲ့စမ်းချောင်းရှိတဲ့နေရာတွေကို သွားတတ်ကြပါတယ်။ အပန်းပြေလည်းဖြစ်သလို အပူဒဏ်ကို ခေတ္တသက်သာစေလို့ပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Located in Patheingyi Township, Mandalay Region, Myanmar, most people visit and relax because of the cool stream water. The cool and clear water of the stream is refreshing for those who come here because of the heat. The stream water flowing naturally through the forests and mountains refreshes people.

အခုသူငယ်ချင်းတို့မြင်ရတဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံထဲက တောင်တွေရယ် တောအုပ်ရယ် ကြည်လင်တဲ့စမ်းချောင်းရယ်တွေ့ရမှာပါ။ ဒါက အပန်းဖြေစခန်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ပုသိမ်ကြီးမြို့နယ် မှာတည်ရှိပြီး အေးမြတဲ့စမ်းချောင်းရေကြောင့် လူအများစု လာရောက် လည်ပတ် အပန်းဖြေကြပါတယ်။ အေးမြပြီး ကြည်လင်တဲ့ စမ်းချောင်းရေက အပူဒဏ်ကြောင့် ရောက်လာကြတဲ့သူတွေကို အပန်းပြေစေပါတယ်။ သဘာဝအတိုင်း တောတွေ တောင်တွေကို ဖြတ်သန်းစီးဆင်းလာရတဲ့ စမ်းချောင်းရေက လူတွေကိုလန်းဆန်းသွားစေပါတယ်။
