New employees in each work unit must go through an orientation phase. Likewise, new employees on duty at our hospital. They must follow the stage of hospital orientation. In general, there are two orientation for new employees, namely the orientation of the hospital as a whole for a month and orientation in accordance with their fields for two months.
Today, the new employee will go through the orientation phase. Before they are assigned to certain units, they need to be given socialization to understand and get to know the hospital profile, introduction to the committees and units in our hospital.
This event lasted for two days, because each committee and work unit gave a 15 minute presentation on the profile of the committee and work unit. These new employees must fill the entire set of activities. They consist of various professions, there are doctors, nurses, midwives, nutritionists, physiotherapists and pharmacists.
Later, after completing the series of socialization events, they will follow the orientation process starting this Monday, November 25, 2019.
