There are different types of managing committees in our country's colleges and schools. Basically, managing committees are definitely needed to manage all these educational institutions. However, the managing committees in our country are only nominal managing committees and they have no other work.
These managing committees are full of corruption. They only come to their educational institutions at specific times and treat the students well. Moreover, they corrupt the budgets of various government budgets and private schools and colleges in various ways. Especially in those government institutions, the number of this corruption is the highest.
In the government and MPO schools in our country, the members of the managing committee become members of those educational institutions through various types of corruption. However, I will not talk about all schools and colleges, this happens in 90% of cases. Various types of budgets come to these schools from the government. Which include the development of school buildings, financial assistance to various disadvantaged students, work to improve the quality of students, besides there are many other financial aids that are given by the government.
When these funds are passed and passed in the schools and colleges, the headmaster informs the managing committee about this. Then they corrupt more than half of these budget funds. The job of the managing committee of an educational institution is to see that the educational institution runs well. The life of the backward students means providing financial and mental support for development.
But none of these things happen in our country. When corruption starts from the educational institutions of a country, the education system in that country is already destroyed. And this is one of the examples of our Bangladesh. I hope you will like this post of mine, thank you all.
