Grappling with office activities in preparing documents and files for completing administration in dealing with hospital accreditation is very tiring. This activity is racing against the increasingly narrow preparation time. There is still a lot of work to be done, improvement is far from feasible.
That is my activity in the past few days, not to mention the pressure from the surveyors that we have to face. Because equating perception in multiple interpretations is very difficult. Each surveyor has his own perception in translating regulations and forms that we must prepare. This has been proven with 3 different surveyors that we faced. They have different perceptions of regulations we must prepare. Finally, we concluded that all regulations must be prepared depending on what they want later.
