Today I arrived home after traveling for two days and two nights. As we know that during the journey, our movement activity is very little. Today I pay for it by doing physical activity regularly again.
Experiencing activities by walking around the countryside has become my routine activity every day. Walk while breathing in the morning air which is still fresh and low in pollution.
