ENGLISH
Greetings everyone... welcome to my blog.
A few years ago, if I had been on Hive, I might have only posted puppies in my pet space, because at that time, there were no kittens in the house. After we lost Kitty and Duquesa, two kittens that my daughter had in San Tomé, we didn't have any more cats in the house, and the only pets were dogs, parakeets, and a turtle. My children were the owners of all those species.
Shortly after, we began to support my cousin in her work as a protectionist, rescuer, and owner of a dog shelter. She died recently, and left us a very beautiful legacy... as long as we have strength, love and good ideas, we will support protectionism for street animals, and even those that are mistreated inside their homes.
But this story really tells the changes in our lives since the shelters stopped being just dogs, and the first cat arrived at the house. That first cat member has already gone to heaven, and in my house today there are four. My daughter has four more at home. But we know that when a cat or many come into our lives, the routine changes, the photographic records also change, and the conversations from the beginning of the day, they don't know who they are, hahahahaha.
I don't think I get to talk to my children as much in my mornings, as I talk to these michis, because each one has their personality or catnality, however they want to call it, and of course, there is always a crook, an innocent one, a bitter one, and one who is missing a screw or several.
A few days ago I was talking with Marcia (@brujita18) about the run I had to take to the vet because by deduction we thought that the biggest bad guy was the one who bit the tail of the most innocent one, and all of that happened in my absence. And while I was telling Marcia about the odyssey with the kitten, she was talking to her cat children about what was happening here, and at the same time gave them a reflection. And this is what cat parents' day is like, we talk to them as if they were children.
Here, the one with several screws missing is Chiquilín, the one who is one year old. He is never still, he has to do some mischief, even if it is disturbing those who are sleeping and after the commotion starts, he runs away, hahahaha. Am I honest with you? I enjoy watching them and in the end, it ends up being one of the best therapies because I find it funny how they annoy each other. Of course the only thing that didn't cause me any fun was the attack they did to Nevado's line, which has left me almost without sleeping well for a week, waiting for the wound not to get hurt.
This is daily life in my house, and even the dogs have their stories with the cats, because whether we like it or not, they are going to be the protagonists of the stories of all the houses.
Thanks for visiting my blog... happy Wednesday.
