If you haven't figured out life yet, it's okay!
Pace yourself and enjoy the journey.
After all, that's how we get through life.

As much as we shouldn't,
we compare our lives to the people around us
and wonder how they make it look so easy.
From career to love and family-everything
seems sorted, prettier, better,
and greener, on the other side.

In return,
the pressure of adulting hits hard.
Every one of us is living for the tomorrow that
we have no guarantee of. The older I get,
the more I realize there are
many things I want to accomplish
but I really don't have to rush to fit into the
mold of people's expectations or their normalcy.

If you haven't figured out life yet, it's okay!
Most people go their whole lives already dead,
just living and not alive. Then,
there are times when it seems like
you're oblivious and out of the loop on things
that others are well aware of.

But don't let it hold you back.
Choose to take the undetermined path.
Choose to go through doors in
the dark and make it to the other end.
Choose to love, get lost in the chaos,
and hopefully find yourself-if anything it will all be a lesson.

I do worry about where I am in life right now
and of course, the future.
But then I look back at my life,
the things I have achieved,
and how far I've come, the things I have endured
which made me the person I'm today
and I smile and sigh in relief.

Because only we know our own behind-the-scenes story.

Life is messy and hard, fun and interesting.
It's a ride to enjoy, not a mission to accomplish.
Life isn't about setting goals in stone.
It is about taking as much in as
is humanly possible at any given step of the way.

Nobody has it perfect and in all likelihood,
someone got it far worse than
you currently do. Regardless of
our situation, good, bad, or ugly - rest assured,
nobody has it figured out, completely.
