Today was another video meeting and I went straight in with a hot lemon. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
Hot lemon means that I had half a glass of water beforehand, scraped my tongue, drew oil and freshened up in the bathroom. I was hungry straight after the meeting and had a meal and supplements. I only brushed my teeth afterwards because I simply hadn't thought about it beforehand when I had the food in front of me. I also combined Himalayan salt and water at least once.
I had thought about magnesium in the afternoon, but then forgot about it again and ultimately didn't take it today.

Heute war wieder Video-Meeting angesagt, und da bin ich direkt mit heißer Zitrone rein. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Heiße Zitrone heißt, dass ich vorher mein halbes Glas Wasser hatte, Zunge Schabte, Öl zog und mich im Bad frisch machte. Nach dem Meeting hatte ich direkt Hunger und nahm eine Mahlzeit und NEMs ein. Ich putzte mir erst hinterher die Zähne, weil ich vorher schlicht nicht dran gedacht hatte, als ich das Essen vor mir hatte. Auch mindestens einmal Himalaya-Salz und Wasser kombinierte ich.
Am Nachmittag hatte ich an Magnesium zwar gedacht, es dann jedoch wieder vergessen und letztlich heute nicht genommen.
