Full day
Another full day. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
I had my hot lemon ready when I found out my first meeting was canceled. The second was one-on-one and again very good. A meal in between, supplemented with my NEMs. Then chess club again. Another follow-up discussion from the day before, which made me firmly miss eating cake together. Then a wonderful round of games with the kids and friends online. A short excursion in the evening and a first magnesium and third vitamin C beforehand. Afterwards, another magnesium and a last meal late.
What can I say, the day was full. I still had some work to do in the evening. And now I'm falling into bed.

Voller Tag
Wieder ein voller Tag. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Ich hatte meine heiße Zitrone fertig, als ich erfuhr, dass mein erstes Meeting ausfällt. Das zweite war eins-zu-eins und wieder sehr gut. Eine Mahlzeit zwischendrin, ergänzt mit meinen NEMs. Dann wieder Schachklub. Noch ein Nachgespräch vom Vortag, das mich fest ein gemeinsames Kuchenessen verpassen ließ. Dann eine wundervolle Spielerunde mit den Kids und Freunden online. Am Abend ein kleiner Ausflug und vorher ein erstes Magnesium und drittes Vitamin-C. Hinterher noch ein Magnesium und spät eine letzte Mahlzeit.
Was soll ich sagen, der Tag war voll. Etwas Arbeit hatte ich noch am Abend. Und jetzt falle ich ins Bett.
