A day gone by
The day has flown by without making a note here. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Weighty insights
What I want to note now in the late evening is that my routine was in place everywhere. Starting with a hot glass of water, tongue scraping, oil pulling, brushing my teeth, another glass of water with the first magnesium and vitamin C, and then the other supplements for the first meal. It was only in the evening that I didn't think about the second magnesium at the right time again.

Der Tag ist verflogen ohne hier eine Notiz zu machen. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Gewichtige Einblicke
Was ich jetzt am spätend Abend noch notieren will, ist, dass meine Routine überall Platz fand. Begonnen beim heißen Glas Wasser übers Zunge Schaben, Ölziehen, Zähne Putzen, ein weiteres Glas Wasser mit erstem Magnesium und Vitamin-C, und dann zur ersten Malzeit die übrigen NEMs. Nur am Abend das zweite Magnesium hatte ich erneut nicht zu passendem Moment bedacht.
