CHURDHAR Peak is in [//]:# (!pinmapple 30.837987 lat 77.454193 long d3scr) SIRMAUR is one of the highest peak of SHIVALIK ranges at a height of 11965 feet.
CHURDHAR commonly known as CHURICHANDNI (Bangle of Snow) is blessed with some of the most spectacular and amazing landscape in the region.
It has great view from the top , a beautiful vast panorama of lowland tracts towards towards southern part.
CHURDHAR peak expect great SNOWFALL every year which remains at top for almost year .
A wealth of herbs and great pine flora cover these himalayan slope of CHURDHAR PEAK.
Different types of animals can be seen in CHURDHAR WILDLIFE SANCTUARY.
Below the summit is the temple of SHREE SHIRGHUL MAHARAJ with a lingam , dedicated to LORD SHIVA.
Religious people comes here and sing holy songs and make wishes for themselves.
If you want to go to CHURDHAR PEAK the you will have to do a trekk of around 15-18 KM from NORADHAR [//]:# (!pinmapple 30.813825 lat 77.418543 long d3scr) .
View from the top is in-explainable ,and i request trekkers and all my hivers do visit this place once in life time.
