Looking back on the first night at meditation Tilly felt wonder and a sense of amazement how four months of her going to her group had taken place. She recalled the strong pull that led her to exploring her spirituality and only felt gratitude to her 'why not let's try' attitude.

Every week Tilly was introduced to new ideas and not just about the seven chakras. She used her power of discernment as much as possible accepting only information that resonated with her. Like for instance, Tilly started to like Buddhism, it was such a stark contrast to the teaching of the Catholic religion in her growing up years.

For some reason Tilly gravitated to Buddha's Eightfold Path, they reminded her of the Ten Commandments but so much easier to process and understand. Tilly quietly promised to practice them, to become a better person.

  • Right Seeing
  • Right Thought
  • Right Speech
  • Right Action
  • Right Living
  • Right Endeavour
  • Right Mindedness
  • Right Concentration

Tilly came to realise that every chakra was as important as the other. They all played special roles like the base chakra grounded her to the Earth compared to the crown chakra, the portal to higher spiritual consciousness. Tilly instinctively felt good inside, different to how she felt four months ago. It was a strange magical joyful kind of feeling that was hard for her to express. Tilly knew that did not look any different or acted differently. But she felt different, strange.

There was no way that she was going to stand on a box and sprout all the spiritual information that she had heard and read. People would only see her as crackers, a complete weirdo. Just be a kind thoughtful person was her plan!

Cheers and Blessings
