Today at home we were visited by a cat who snarled at me when I got close to him.
He stayed behind the house for a while and then disappeared again.
This does happen more often in our neighborhood. Because there is a lot of forest in the area, people often come and dump their cats here.
I wish that in Suriname there were stricter penalties by law against these people.
