Hi, HIVE Lovers. Do you guys go out in the morning? Enjoying the fresh air in the morning, or enjoying the smell of a delicious blanket, or have you been busy with work indoors?
As I grew older, I realized that going to practice in the morning was a good thing. Including sunlight that makes the body fresh. I'm well aware of that and I've felt the difference in my body's fitness when I get enough sunshine and when I don't.
Turns out that wasn't enough of a strong motivation for me to be consistent in exercising and going out in the morning. Until one day, at that time, my mental health declined, and I lost myself to many interests, that's why I had a strong reason to go out in the morning.
Luckily, going out, whether it's using a bicycle or just walking, has a positive impact on my mental health, which has drastically decreased. I am getting better and more positive. At least, I have less chance to give my mind space to get into the dark box. Because, when doing outdoor activities, my mind is busy thinking about many things to be made into creative works. :)
I try to get out regularly in the morning and catch the sun using my favorite folding bike.
Don't forget to bring a drink that I made at home. Sometimes I bring juice, sometimes fruit milk too.
This time I brought orange juice and enjoyed it while resting while enjoying the view of the rice fields, colorful flowers, and birds in the lake. Oh, what a pleasure that is very happy for me.
So, apart from having a good impact on my mental health, of course, this activity paved the way for my creativity to be free and have new things to create.
Seeing, hearing, and feeling new things while on the bike ride, they give me a positive job. I think about what new things I will make. Including writing new stories and poetry for my new book.
Indeed, it is not easy to consistently do a healthy lifestyle. But at least I've tried. If I don't try, I'll never know. How about you guys?
Well, I hope you guys enjoy the videos I took while riding a bike. Forgive me for some unstable scenes because my balance is really bad when holding the camera while riding a bike. Next time I'll be looking for tools to put my camera on the bike. :)
Until next time!
Best Regards,
